Automatic fire sprinkler systems have a proven track record of providing the best protection against loss of people, property, and assets in the event of a fire. Small, unheated areas of a building may be protected by a wet system if an antifreeze loop or auxiliary dry pipe system is installed. Antifreeze loops are normally inspected at the same time as your wet pipe fire sprinkler system. However, if you have a “stand-alone” antifreeze loop, a technician can test your system to insure adequate protection against freezing.
The authority having jurisdiction (local Fire Marshal) may at some time request a copy of your fire sprinkler system inspection report(s). If you cannot find the inspection report that we sent upon completion of the inspection, please give us a call and we will send it to you.
